Legal basis: Art. 56 section 1 item 2 of the Act on Public Offering - current and periodic information

Content of the report:

The Management Board of Grupa Pracuj S.A. (the “Company”) informs about receipt of the Communication of the Operations Department of the Central Securities Depository of Poland (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) (“CSDP”) no. ONP/2022/064 dated August 10, 2022 in which the CSDP informed that 160,776 (one hundred sixty thousand seven hundred seventy six) ordinary bearer series D shares of the Company with the nominal value of PLN 5.00 each (five Polish zlotys) will be registered in the CSDP on August 12, 2022.

§ 17 section 1 item 3) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 757).
