Group Chief Operating Officer

Przemysław Budkowski

Supervisory Board Member, Grupa Pracuj S.A.

Founder and CEO of merXu, a B2B commercial platform in the CEE region. In 2009-2018 he was CEO of Allegro.pl and Ceneo.pl, and at the Naspers group he was VP Marketplaces responsible for European marketplace-type e-commerce sites.

Wojciech Stankiewicz

Since 2013 he has been a partner in Vertigo Investments, a transactional consultancy and investment house, where he concentrates on M&A transactions and investments in SMEs, often in need of restructuring. He also pursues his own investment activity.

Agnieszka Słomka-Gołębiowska

Chair of the supervisory board of mBank and the executive and nominating committee, where she has been a member since 2014. Since 2020 she has chaired the audit committee at Ghelamco Invest. She is a professor at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where she teach and conducts research.

Group CEO of Stock Spirits PLC since 2016. Since 2007 he has served on supervisory boards of public and private companies. He is engaged in social initiatives, including the role of founder and CEO of the thinktank Onkologia 2025.

John Doran

Since 2012 he has been a general partner at TCV, an entity investing in software, FinTech and internet companies. At TCV he is responsible for leading transactions and management of portfolio companies on behalf of TCV.

Martina van Hettinga
